Feature Surveys define the location of existing structures and features on or adjacent to you property. Feature Surveys are commonly used for subdivision applications or to facilitate the design of new buildings and additions.
They provide the baseline fundamental ‘what is existing’ to enable future development or asset recognition.

Once your boundary has been established, the process of setting out critical building points becomes simple and if CAD drawings are provided, the cost to the client is minimal. Any building elements can be set out including:
- Zero lot lines (parapet walls)
- Building corners
- Wet areas (critical for plumbing pre-lay)
- Grid lines and building offsets
Re-establishment surveys are commonly known as ‘re-pegs’ and are used to identify property boundaries. They should be used in conjunction with construction works on or near boundary lines.
